Whole wheat pasta (lasagne) sheets?

    Have been actively looking for brown (whole wheat) lasagne sheets for a while and haven't had much luck!

    Has anyone seen any? I live in Dublin but would bulk buy if the source is far away.

    I saw some in Dunnes this week, can't remember the brand but they were in a red box I think.

    Biona do wholegrain spelt lasagne sheets, you can get them in Evergreen health food shops. Really nice, but around €3 a pack so quite a bit dearer than wheat ones.
    I'm sure I've bought Ragu or Roma brand wholemeal pasta sheets in Dunnes though, quite possibly in a red box as mentioned above, that would be in either Dunnes Ennis or one of the Galway stores. They're very helpful if you ring with a product enquiry.

    it's a bit nuttier or chewier but no real difference in taste, I like it

    My local Tesco have them. Can't remember what brand. Will have a look and report back.
