Im looking to book my driving test,
i have not have had my licence for six months (around 5 and half months ive had it)
i want to book it early so i can get the earliest test date as possible (like as close to exactly 6 months)
So what im basically asking am i able to book it and tell them that im only available on the date after my 6 months is up?

You won't be able to book it as you'll be asked for your driver number when you apply and it will show up on their system that you've only had it 5 1/2 months. Best thing to do is apply when your 6 months is up but say that you'll take a cancellation. Good luck with the test.

Can we assume you have done you 12 EDT lessons too?

If you really need your test done in a hurry. Get your application in, by post. Then call them up to explain why you need it done so quick, asking for a test date as soon as possible after your 6 months.

Book it online or by post now and you'll receive a reference no: once you complete EDT and 6 months you can contact Rsa and take next available slot. The bigger Test centres will have slots available even as short notice as a day or two.

So i book it online and and then ring them up after its booked tell them im not available for a 2 or 3 weeks ( which is when my licence has been valid for 6 months)

No they won't give you a date until EDT and 6 months have passed
    Then you can ring them
If you have already booked they can give you next available date

You can apply now and select to go on the cancellation list. Once your 6 months are up you will automatically be sent a date that is usually within 10 days.

Not yet. The film Benjamin Button was based on me. They even cast Brad Pitt due to our strikingly similar good looks.
