    Hello!
Soon is my good buddies birthday and I would like to make him a present.
Often I see him with black eye, bleeding elbows and knees, so I would like to make him a present - first aid kit.
Here I need suggestions - what to get?
I know- cold spray, antiseptic, ice packs. What else would be good to have?

If its just for a laugh then any normal first aid kit should do the job, if you want to put in a few bits to personalize it as a first aid kit for MT then...

Thai oil to help prevent strained muscles
Zinc Plaster tape for patching up blisters, split knuckles
Misc to help prevent their rampant masculinity from overwhelming female friends
    Knee support
    Ankle support

All I can think of. Best of luck with it :)

Some of your fights which I've seen I'd want distress flares in my box too :P

Biofreeze is always handy too or some Arnica for the black eyes.
