    I was just both curious and interested to know in what some of you thought about this recent craze in taking 'selfies'. Do you think it's harmless and just a bit of fun? Or a narcissistic and vain representation of our society today?

    Selfies have been around for years!

    I dunno, I admit to doing it myself when I was younger. Ya kinda grow out of it though! Still admit to the odd selfie with my dog :o

    The odd one is grand. I just can stand those people on Facebook that post a zillion selfies a day. They get so boring.

    The very odd one is grand but it's gone a bit hilarious with some people. I know people who will take 20+ selfies all of them with the same duck face just at different angles and post them and then revel in the 'fab Hun' 'stunning' comments, now if your 12 I don't see any bother but if your 30 you'd really wanna get a grip. That's what i love about going through old photos, they've captured moments that are so hard to get these days everyone is always too camera ready now

    Before computers and facebook were invented (I'm really old) a 'selfie' was another name for a ****, just saying ok!.
