Stress test Software

    hi I built a PC for my mate about 11 months ago and it started BSODing about a couple of month's ago, I re installed the software for the GPU and this appeared to resolve the issues. Issue returned so I clean installed the OS and again appeared to resolve the issues. The error in the event log is a kernel power failure (something like that). Issues only happens when watching videos gaming is ok but I managed to recreate the error while running 3d Mark.

    What I am looking for is recommendations on a software to stress test the system hopefully tell me where the issue is, I am conscious that once I hit 12 months the warranty may be gone on Mobo RAM and Processor.

    My next step is to swap out the GPU with my own one although that will mean moving from ATI to NVidia.
