Anyone know of an indoors/sheltered place that myself and a pal can do some work on our bikes? This weather sucks...

I have a friend or two with small garages but, don't want to be a bother to them...

Thought about it. Currently have one in my apt. complex...but small, dark-ish, windy-ish though. Last resort, but an idea - yep!

I'd just be nervous about doing work away from home in case I can't get the bike back home again. It's alright I suppose if you have transport to get the bike there and back again.

I was in the process of changing my chain once when after I put on the new sprocket I realised it was the wrong size. I had to keep the bike relatively dismantled for a few days.

I'd love a garage or big shed

"a friend in need is a friend indeed" - man up and call round and have a friendly word about using one of his garages for a few days/nights, the worst they can say is No
