    Hi
Im creating a photo slideshow.. im wondering if anyone could recommend a program / app that allows the user to zoom in certain parts of the photo...
The programs ive tried ( windows movie maker , nero ) seems to only have predefined zooms.. ie zoom to middle of picture or zoom to top left etc
Ive some family pics where I would like to be able to zoom into specific faces..
    Thanks guys
    Rita

If you have access to a mac then iMovie can do that easily.

Can you animated the video position in movie maker? If you could have the video file move to center the face while zooming it would achieve the same effect as zooming in on the face.

You also might be able to run a trial version of premiere elements, I don't know if it'll let you save though. the other option would be to buy a months subscription to their cloud version of the program.

then there's these free options. I've never used any of them bar movie maker.

    Videostudio pro x6 http://www.corel.com/corel/category.jsp?cat=cat3950067&rootCat=cat3600073
Insert your images into the timeline and you can apply a pan/ zoom to any part of the image of varying speed, use transitions between images, free trial for a month, works very well :)
