sheep milking

    hello. i was wondering is there a big market for sheep milk/ production here in ireland? it was something that i was thinking of and i looked it up but there isnt a lot of information about it. and can you get grants for it? and if you want into it what company would buy it off you?

    AFAIK there is only 1 case of someone I know doing this

    think the chap is german (not 100% on nationality) somewhere in the cashel area...think he makes cheese,dunno about sales he might have been on ear to ground a while back

    think he do be having pet lambs on donedeal at time to time

    Know this lady has a herd of milking sheep(imported I think).As far as I know its all used to make cheese
