Is there a way to reserve items on hwvs?

    I ordered over a month ago and it's just bollox ing about with what's in and out of stock, was supposed to go today but now 1 thing won't be for a week

    If you contact them they will sometimes send you what they have in stock without the item that's gone out of stock, they did for me before

    When you order any items that are in stock are reserved for you even before you pay. If an item is not in stock they wait until it is. It's up to you to make sure everything is in stock when ordering.

    You can send an email to get something changed if 1 item is holding up the order.

    They're not reserved though. It's one item holding it up but it's not the same one. Ie monitor out of date yesterday, due in today and everything else is in stock, then today monitors in motherboards gone. This ****es been goin on since beginning of January.
