Does your own insurance not cover that?
A lot of the time them relief lads can be very busy and not do it as good as it should be compared to a lad who does the odd bit for ye and works at home then during the day

can,t tell you as i don,t know, but on a separate note,i enquired in my local f.r.s recently after seeing a paper ad in the journal looking for relief milker,s nationwide.TEN EURO,S AN HOUR PAY was the rate, before paye, prsi and usc. seem,s to me like they don,t consider milking someone else,s cows a responsible job with apay rate like that, cause if they did it would be reflected in the pay rate.

Would you not advertise locally for a relief milker. You might be surprised there are plenty of good lads out there. fella from frs used to milk my cows at lightening speed and always left the place filthy.

I pay a lad through a the frs. I priced paying through my own accounts and there was very little difference when you have tax insurance and holidays accounted for. Its very handy when my lad takes holidays. They have another lad on straight away. It took a few different lads to find a lad im happy with now.
