Local needs planning ???

Just a quick query , myself and my partner grew up in Meath all our lives. Have proof of addresses and all that , from both our parents houses. My question is how far from either of our parents houses eg. Miles can we look to acquire a site to still qualify as a local needs application. By way I grew up in an council…

Just a quick query , myself and my partner grew up in Meath all our lives.

By way I grew up in an council estate and my partner in the countryside. Is this relevant??
