I registered last week, i got my letter in post today and peeled off the tab to find no pin number at all on it. I then reregistered as it said i'd to do so if i had trouble with pin and it then said i was blocked cos i had registered a week ago

Any ideas what to do next

Just registered tonight myself so I'm waiting for PIN to be sent out. Just a quick question - Do you have to give bank details?

I would prefer a cheque sent to me if I'm due any money back.

Every time you log in , you will be asked for bank details .

Just click on 'cancel' and ignore this request

When you log in to payeanytime , go to your profile and you can tick the box with following options :
    • Go paper free ( all documents remain online )
    • Receive documents by post
Tick for receiving by post , and all documents will be posted to you including refund cheque if due .
