Is anyone else having trouble adding their Blacknight mail to their Phone?

    I've been trying to add my blacknight work mail to my phone for the lat 2 days and I just get get it to authenticate.

    I've tired doing it a Imap and Pop but nothing is working.

    on Incoming settings I have :

    Username & password are all correct (have logged into blacknight to 100% conf)

    IMAP Server
    mail.blacknight.com

    Have tried all security types 

    Ports

    143 & 993

    and have tried nothing and INBOX in the IMAP path prefix.

    I haven't even got to the Outgoing mail server!

    Any help would be great as can't seem to get this working at all.

    What do you have as your username? It should be the full email address
