So I'm thinking of basically getting a 1 bedroom log cabin from <read forum charter>

My question is how much would it be for plumbing and electrical hook up for a build like this and what's involved?

    It would be pretty basic...

    Kitchen sink/shower/toilet plumbing wise

And just a couple of plug sockets on the electricity side of things?

Heating would be looked after with a stove and cooking with butane gas

It would be a very simple place and it looks good Because it's looking very cheap at the moment :)

they are sheds not log cabins

to get proper log cabin you have to order it from England they come and build it

you would get double the size for half the price,it would need to be double skinned and would need lots insulation

you probably would not get planning,it should be cheap to get local builders ti do electric and plumbing

you need to get rid of the waste from toilet,1500bto connect esb,you have to build foundations etc

you have not given enough info for a meaningful response. but from what you have stated I recommend you consult a local arch re planning requirements or exemption.

(btw we don't advertise businesses here)

Part of planning in a rural area is you have to be from that area ie. Within 5miles..
