    Hi guys,

I have a venue for my wedding provisionally booked in Cavan, in ballyconnell. It's getting close to the time when I'll need to finalise it and pay the deposit. The only thing is I still havnt sorted a church! I'm not from Cavan so I don't know where to start! I know of one church in butlersbridge that is available but I'd need to bring my own priest and so I would probably have to pay him more than usual on top of the €300 charge to use the church. Does anyone know of any nice RC churches within a 20-30 min drive that I could look into? Also does anyone know if it is expensive to get married in Cavan cathedral?

Have you tried belturbet? There's also drumlane which I think has a church, has your venue maybe got a licence to preform the ceremony? There's a church also in croverhill it's between b'bridge and b'connell
