TV/sat combiner

Hi. Help required. I'm using a sat/TV combiner on a Samsung smart TV in the bedroom. The saorview channels are perfect but no signal for the freesat. Its connected to a quad lnb which is working fine as my TV in the sitting is working fine for these channels. Any ideas.?

So, the bedroom TV had working satellite channels & they have stopped working?

You haven't just stuck a combiner on the end of a cable that may not actually have a connection to the LNB?
