Toshiba Wifi Problem

Hi all, I was removing AVG 2013 to install 2014 and after uninstalling 2013 my WiFi connected dropped and said limited connection. I can't even get a connection when plugging directly into router. I have tried system restore but no joy. Any advice?

Check that your network is not set to public,control panel -network and sharing center, if it is change it to home network

Unfortunately that didn't solve it, have left it into Click for them to have a look at it

It was probably firewall blocking internet connection.
