Can anyone shed some light on this for me in relation to getting paid while in PPC.

I know the big 5 and a lot of other bigger firms will pay your fees and that but what about the smaller firms who do not, would they be obliged to pay you for the 30/26 hours spent in PPC whether or not they are paying for your fees or not?

If you start training before attending PPC would it apply or would it only be if you were employed already by the firm prior to beginning training?

Would there be any circumstances in which the firm may be able to not pay while attending PPC even if you were employed in another role there?

If you've already commenced your training contract with the firm before starting in Blackhall then they're supposed to pay you at least minimum wage for the duration of the course. I'm not sure how often that happens in practice though, there's a lot of people attending the PPC who are not getting paid despite having worked in their firms prior to starting.
