insert stove

    I bought the Achill late last year 6.5 kw
    The last few times we have used the fire even with the vents closed if there is the slightest wind from the chimney the fire flames go higher until the wind dies down.
    Today was exceptional with the weather but any normal night when you can hear the wind howling down the chimney this happens.
    Do you recommend anything or is this normal
