Medium reading

Hi there,

I went to see a medium recently and she told me that a dark spirit came into the room with me. Not straight away - at the end of the reading. I asked her a bit about being a medium. She asked if I had ever played with the ouija board and I said yes. She said the ouija board brought this evil spirit out and that it was getting angrier and would cause problems for me.
She told me that he was a man in an army uniform with scary features and that his name is Denis. She said that because I had brought this in with me, that she had to cancel all of her appointments that night (including my friend who was waiting in the car to go in for her reading) because she had to cleanse the area of bad energy with holy water.
The last time I saw a medium, he mentioned a man in an army uniform called Denis too but he never said he was evil.
I was left a bit freaked out over this and also kind of surprised at the drama. Is it normal for mediums to come out with this kind of thing?

Some do, but thats because they are forgetting that their job is to leave you, the sitter, in a better state leaving than you did when you came in. Tbh, I get annoyed when I hear of things like this, because, a)If she doesnt understand how to deal with stuff like this without freaking you, she shouldnt do the job, and b)She is working without being able to handle her own fear, let alone anyone elses.

If you have a chap called Denis following you around, so what? Dont let it stress you. You are already fully protected from 'dark spirits' and the only way they can affect you is if you let fear of them rule your life. If two mediums have spotted this guy, then grand, he is part of your spiritual entourage, and nothing to worry about. The woman you saw sees darkness and feels fear, and she passed it on to you. That is the only harmful thing that happened.

I'm not really too worried now. I think she was a bit of a con because she did a reading that lasted about 45 - 50 minutes and it was all good and she told me I had a great energy. It was just at the end, for the last 10 minutes when she said I had brought this evil spirit in with me and that she wasn't going to be able to read for my friend and that she had to cancel her other appointments for her and her clients' safety. Thinking about it now, if she felt how evil he was when I first walked in, why did she sit through the whole reading and not mention it. Why was she prepared to put herself through that "danger" for my whole reading.
Part of me reckons that she just wanted to catch the second half of Eastenders and this was an easy way of doing it!
