Flights to Cyprus

Are there any direct flights or holiday packages to Cyprus available from Ireland (republic) this year - to either Larnaca or Paphos airports?

Dublin Airport's Wiki page states that Thomson fly to Larnaca from Dublin but I cannot find anything on their Irish website to back that up. I know that there are flights from Belfast alright.

Anyone know of any direct flights from any other Irish airports to Cyprus or is it no longer a tourist destination for Irish holidaymakers? It seems strange as at least six different airlines fly there from Manchester Airport alone.

    re: Direct Flight options:
Ireland -> Larnaca : See here for both Dublin (234euro) & Cork (385euro) options.

Ireland -> Ercan : See here for flights from Dublin (253euro).

Ireland -> Paphos: See here for both Dublin (1145euro) and Cork (2066euro) options.

Prices are per person and Estimate price for Month of March.

Did you try skyscanner at all?
    Thanks,

Yeah I know but they were the only options I could pull up for the op :) Something else to ponder.

    Thank you though,

Thanks for the responses - those aren't direct though as pointed out above. I guess there aren't any these days, which seems strange as Cyprus is such a popular tourism destination from the UK.

Yeah I am sure skyscanner would have found them if available.

When you planning on travelling? Keep an auld eye out on skyscanner heading upto Summer months as it may change :)

No direct flights this summer best bet to go via UK or a good option is Frankfurt with Lufthansa. Very easy transit and good prices to.

The flights used to be shared with Thomas Cook which is a reason behind it. Soon I think Ryanair or Aer Lingus will open the route but probably not this summer.

You could also get flights direct from Belfast.

Thanks again lads. We are going out at the end of June - it's looking like we'll by flying through Manchester. Looking forward to it but it will be unusual to be in a med sun resort with very few Irish there.
