House is currently rated G how much higher a rating could I expect to get with the following changes

Typical 1950s 3 bed semi-d co council built
    open fireplace no rads
    storage heating
    no attic insulation
    only vents in some rooms
aluminium double glazing throughout except back door which is wood
    Electric Immersion not lagged

    proposed work

fit central heating system run off multifule stove in place of fireplace
    modern insulated copper cylinder
replace back door upvc double glazed
    vents in all rooms
    300mm of atic insulation
    energy saving lights

what rating could I hope to get with these works?

what else can I do without going to the expense of insulating the walls?
