    Yes they seemingly are available till end of march ,I made contact with Cycling Ireland and that is what I was told . The upcoming race in Loughrea on 23 has them available per website .

    I believe a main point against one day licences is the logistical hassle for commissionaires after the race when they have important issues to be looking after.

    A way to negate this particular problem would be to procure disposable tyvek numbers.
    1500 numbers can be purchased from http://www.pymmwenn.com/index.php?page=racenumbers for £161 +VAT+postage.

    Issue each commissionaire with 150 of the one day tyvek licences each at the start of the season. Charge €2 for the number which will cover their costs. The commissionaire does need to know which number is assigned to which rider but that is unavoidable.

    Someone else recently suggested only allowing one day licences AFTER May. I think this idea has merit.
