    I am being plagued by a pop up 'Software Critical Update' (http://backup.getprz.com/errorb3.php?s=222069532) I do not know who or what this is but I am sick and tired of it popping up every 20 minutes or so? Is it malicious? How do I get rid of it?

    i am using chrome and mcafee
    Help please.
