Anyone had this op,,,,, how long before I can be out an about,,,also I'm thinking of doing light aerobics at home,,, is this advisible,,,I don't want to get a hernia

Your surgeon will be able to advise you best on this.

What may have worked for one person here may be completely unsuitable for you.
