Normal Recycling Depot?

My landlord doesn't take the recycling from us, so I was wondering is there any depots or anywhere else which takes normal recycling? I know there's a few which take clothes, glass, etc, but haven't seen one for paper and plastics. Thanks for any help.

There's one in Newrath every Saturday from 10am til 3pm. It takes plastic, paper etc. Its located in the Kilkenny County Council depot.
