Im wondering whats best to use to test new juice?? I got a few ce4s cheap and keep them just for testing, but its very hard to get the old flavours out of them, there not really made for cleaning out, and they leak like a sibh so ive a pain in the hoop with them to be honest. Is there something others have been using or whats the standard practice here?

Most nowadays would say to get an iGO-L & wick & wire but if you don't want to rebuild get a 306 dripping atty & drip tip. Using extremely strong flavours in an atty you can't rebuild will taint the atty.

A dripper would be best, something like this: http://www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/era.htm and some kanthal. If you use cotton you can just pull it out and slide in a new wick very quickly.

Or if you don't want to rebuild you could get something like this: http://www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/510bridge.htm it only takes a few drops at a time but I'm not sure how long they last.

I second Grindles 306 option. Just stick it on a battery, add a couple of drops and vape. The 306 is a great dripping attie.

Interesting. How or what is direct dripping. As opposed to "dripping?"
Ive ordered an rda from ft. God knows when ill get it though

That looks like a simple enough setup. Whats the idea of the huge drip tip and small atty or am i looking at it wrong

No difference, just an extra word to get it into people's skulls that they're directly dripping to the coil.

Edit for newer post: it's just the design of it. Has to be a long drip tip other wise the vape would be far too hot and close to your mouth,

Ah ok. Had a quick scour around google. It looks like theres a bridge/wick which involves mesh. Are the quick and easy to whip out and rebuild for testing a couple of new juices say?

Nope. 306s aren't designed for that, people just dry-burn and/or wash them in water and alcohol when they need to change it, the whole atty.

If 306s were easily rebuildable I doubt most of the rebuildables we have today would exist.
This post outlines why we don't go to that bother (and how desperate people were four years ago for proper rebuildables):

Ah i see. They look like they might be handy for dripping on the go too?

Jesus yea they look like a nightmare to rebuild and as you said not designed for it

They last for months as well and only cost a couple of euros each. You can get bridgeless ones which are even better. They just have exposed coil. The only downside to them is they only hold a couple of drops.

    And

    http://www.vaperus.ie/atomisers/55-306-bridgeless-atomizer-25-ohm.html

They are 1.5 ohm by the way, not 2.5 ohm as the description says. As far as I know anyway.

Never had an issue with getting rid of flavors from a RBA, douse in hot water for a few mins and torch the living crap out of it with a mini torch/cigar lighter until the wick is completely red hot and no more crap is burning off, douse in boiling water again, flame gently to dry and you are good to go again.

Never fails me, and I'm doing it at least once a day, and rebuilds last me about 2 weeks with lots of flavor variants

Well i put an order in with e-smoke ireland tonight, curtosy of the missus as an early valentines day present! I ordered the bridgeless 306 atty (do i need to buy a long drip tip for this?).
Cant wait to pick it up tomorrow. I also ordered two iclear 16s, a couple of vivi novas, an 18350 for my svd, some spare heads for my existing aspire maxi's and of course juice :-D

Out of interest has anyone tried these liquids?

Yes, you'll need a 306 long drip tip.

Ok. I think it comes with on, i might grab a few spares somewhere though. Im gona have to find a bigger press for my vape gear ha.
I think it was grindle that was telling me the 510 attys couldnt really be rebuilt, what about the bridgeless 306 though? Can these be re coiled no?

It ships with a sleeve but not a drip tip. The sleeve only protects it.

They can't be rebuilt but they last for weeks or months anyway.

Ah right. Ok. I dont see the long drip tips on e smoke ireland. Do i need one of these or does a standard 510 do the job?

Are the little 1ml kanger clearos any good? You can pick them up from thebestshop for €1.50 each.

No, you'll need one of these:

The 306 is a tiny little thing. The entire atty goes into the drip tip.

I was thinking the same thing, they look like they would fit on an automatic 510 battery for a nice small setup. Cartos might be better though.

Yea thats the job! Tbh it came with like what almost looked like the shell of a carto down over it, and it works fine as a drip tip, id like to get a better one though

Yeah, the proper drip tip fits very snugly over the atty and forms a great seal. Make sure and keep the voltage down to start off though, they burn hot and pretty intense.

Have one of these myself, find it pretty good but how do exactly do you clean them with water/vodka?. I usually just blow them out then burn off the rest but could do with a better cleaning.

try some flavorless liquid, they will clean the flavor, but it may take sometime
