    I am 6 months into a 12 month contract with VF at home ( jokers ) been onto customer support about slow speeds and timeouts for months now , all they keep saying is that I am in a contract and no matter how bad the service is .....I am in a contract .

    On their website it said up to 70 MB , I thought great , .....its actually 0.75 mb most of the time .

    VF customer service and technical support could not care less ......they just say I am in a contract , tough .

    Dont go near VF , they are a joke , a bad joke
