Wtd: Wifenbike parts

Looking for a few bits to finish off the Wifenbike project:

I'm being as fcek here because I've got very little money to spend and the Mrs. might actually murder me if I go conspicuously over budget.

Silver stem 110mm - max offer €15
Silver flat or very slightly curved bars - max offer €15
Silver 27.2mm seatpost - max offer €10
Flat bar, road calipre compatible levers - max offer €10

Wheels, road or s/s (realistically budget wise we're talking road): Max offer €75 I might have to wait a month or so till I have this much cash together so if you're in a hurry to unload it's fair enough. (no cassette required, tyres nice but not essential)

I'm also open to offers for a leather or leather effect saddle and bar grips but they aren't essential components at this stage.

Will have a set of Miche excite 700c wheels coming up in the next week or two. Used them all winter and just changed the (loose) bearings in the rear wheel as water got in. I suppose about 2km on them used over Autumn/Winter.
