Hiring someone to farm land, willow/miscanthus

Can anyone advise of where I might be able to find someone who would do this. So looking to pay them a fee to initially plant the crop and then to harvest when it is ready every year, they would supply all equipment and ideally the rhizomes also.

They will set and harvest... but not such small acerage.
But it would be worth a punt, they might recommend someone suitable.
