they look like Aines chocolates, which are fantastic. Top of the range Chocolates, although you probably only get about 4.

That deal seems to be for flowers only. After entering the code it gives a drop down menu to add balloon/chocs at extra cost.

Yeah ordered and emailed straight after requesting confirmation that chocs and balloon with be included as per the partnership with The Star. Will let you know their response

I'd imagine that the balloon is the small one showing in picture of the bouquet , no idea re chocs.

Yeah that must be it as it states in the ad that the balloon is heart shaped and says I love you. Throw in a couple of chocolates and that's it id imagine.

Nope, not a word. Appreciate that this is the busiest time of the year for them. It is, however, futile running a promotion of this nature if they can't even cover the basics re customer care. Negative profit margins for said promotions on the hope of positive profit margins with repeat custom.

Agree with Dutchy re customer care. Three times I've emailed over the last couple of days to change delivery address. No reply, nothing! Very poor customer service. I'd be surprised if the flowers turn up at all at this rate!:(

Flowers delivered to the OH workplace today - for 9.30 am in Kerry - Havnt seen them but she was happy with them so they past that test. also came with the Chocolates. Thanks OP

Haven't seen them either as they arrived at her home house in Mayo. Will get a gawk later on, but that's obviously too late. Came with chocolates, and she was was delighted with them too. Great job with delivery etc. too.

I ordered the flowers to be sent to my wife's job in Dublin 2, the office closed at 5 with no sign of the flowers so I tried ringing and emailing madflowers with no joy !
Got a call 10 minutes ago to say that the van had broken down and could they deliver them now. Eh no thanks !

I wonder was there any other deliveries messed up in Dublin 2 ?

Yea I ordered them for my girlfriends job in cabinteely but no show also. Im raging! Havent got in contact yet

Mine were delivered alright to my wifes work. She decided to take today off so I tried since Wednesday to get the delivery address changed. Emailed three times about it but I was ignored. I guess I should be glad that they were at least delivered but the lack of customer care from Madflowers amazes me. I wouldn't use their service again. Pity as it was a good BA.

No show in D2. They haven't bothered contacting yet either. Disgraceful customer service, complete joke. I'll be contacting them later to let them know that. They had no problem taking the money off me last Tuesday straight away

I understamd its peak season but I ordered them last monday and it was in a central dublin location so not exactly hard to get to. Why run a promotion like this if they are not equipped to handle the business? The very least they could have done was contact me at some stage yesterday to explain the situation and I could have made alternative arrangements. Ive emailed them twice also with no reply.
