Reported Fault not fixed yet

    Hi Reps,

    I reported a fault on my phone line on 6/3 and it is still not resolved yet.

    Can somebody arrange the 2 months free line rental on my account as it is over 2 working days at this point.

    I will be ready to PM details when somebody responds.

    Hi Tzardine
    due to recent bad weather there are some delays in repairs to underground and overhead lines. We are working to resolve this as fast as possible and do post updates on delays and affected areas here
    If you PM us your line details we can check on status of your issue.
