good bakery in naas/newbridge area?

    anyone know of a really good bakery in naas/newbridge area.
    seems hard to find a decent bakery that sells fresh bread & cakes

    You can try the soda bread shop in naas. As for cakes there is also a cake shop around the corner. Dont know what it is like..

    There is also one on theainstreet in Newbridge, just a few doors up from Xtra-vision. They had everything, only been there once a few weeks ago, but fairly impressed with selection

    VDC in Naas is good - proper French baking.

    Brennans maxol garage near the Curragh has a decent selection also.
