Anyone recommend a good physio in Navan area and a rough idea of prices?

One of the guys I used to play cricket with went to a physio in Johnstown Shopping centre and thought they were very good. Not sure of the name and can't help with price at the moment unfortunately, but you could give them a bell and find out.
If you are with Laya or VHI they will have a list of local approved ones.

Brian Murphy, new unit in Blackcastle shopping centre, sorted a problem for me after another physio couldn't, could be 30 quid an hour or something like that.

    Back in Motion on fb.
