    UPC down in Templeogue area from approx. 7.30 tonight....and still down, TV and Broadband.

    Yep there was a power outage which power was restored at 8.30 pm. It must have affected upc's gear badly or else there's no one available to fix it till tomorrow.

    EVer since this outage my download speed ha been terrible. Less than 2MBs. Upload speed is more than twice as fast!! Have unplugged a few times but to no avail. Was there damage done during the power cut?
