Nature and/or Bird-Walks in Munster?

Would anyone know of any Nature and/or Bird-Walks anywhere in Munster please? :)

My Loving Dad (now Resting in Peace) was unbelievable when it came to identifying sounds and even foot-markings by animals. He has instilled some into me, though I should have spent more time doing this with him looking back now.

Is their anywhere or anyone to contact who organise these type of walks?

    Thanks,
    kerry4sam

May be worth checking out the local Birdwatch Ireland branch.

The last meeting for Kerry was yesterday and Cork was 7th. Coach trip from Tipperary to Dungarvan is the 23rd. Limerick is next Sunday and I am working and Waterford & Clare have no details listed.

/I've the 20th to book off work to meet a Surgeon for my spine, so maybe cheeky asking for the 23rd off also.

Thank you for that linkie though as it does provide helpful contacts and info :)

    Ah coolio.

Was pondering today on my day off what I'd usually be doing if my Loving Dad were here and thought of this aspect, of Nature and Bird-life so not yet done much research myself as he had all the info :o

    Thank you for that linkie,

/I am on their mail-list though
