Am I allowed to park at the Stillorgan luas if I am not using the luas, I want to park there for the day but will be in a building near by?

I know I have to pay for parking but someone told me they don't think I can unless I use it.

You must use Luas to park there. Cheapest return ticket is about €3.50 using Leap.

    Alternatively, Dublin Bus:
11 Towards City / Wadelai Park
    47 Towards Fleet St.
75 Towards Tallaght (The Square) / Dun Laoghaire
    114 Towards Blackrock Rail Station
    116 Towards Parnell Sq.
    118 Towards D'Olier St.

There's a Woodie's DIY near enough with a large car park there however I am guessing its for customers only and I don't know if clamping is in operation. There are a few side roads in the industrial estate with pay on street parking.
