    Hi all,

I'm doing a P35 return for the first time on ROS and I just want to make sure I've got this right: in the "Taxable Pay" box, the figure is the "Gross Pay.." less USC and any Illness Benefits deductions, correct?

    Thanks for any help.

Edit: Just to correct, it's form P35L not P35.

The taxable pay is your gross pay in the year. So on the form, you'll have to enter in your Gross Pay, Pay for USC (can be different if you've made a pension contribution), tax deducted (i.e PAYE) and USC deducted.
