Moderators please move this if it is in the wrong section...

I am looking for advise about a submission made but not registered on my planning application. It was received within the deadline.

What is next course of action? An Bord Pleanala? Judicial review?

    • to be clear is the application still being decided ?
    • or have you gotten a refusal?
    • what do you mean by the submission not being registered?
if its still an activity application.

there's nothing stopping you sending in an 'unsolicited additional information' rebutting a third party submission.

    To answer your questions:
    1. It is still being decided
    2. As above
    3. Third party (positive) submission made within five weeks - but not showing up as submitted

Third party (positive) submission made within five weeks but not taken into account
What is next course of action?
    wait for a decision.
