    Knavecon 3 is on the 1st March at 10am in the Kilmurray Lodge in Limerick.

    Knavecon is Ireland's Boardgame/Cardgame convention (with a few of the more exotic table top games thrown in)

    It's a one day event, all day Saturday running into the wee hours of Sunday.

    Drop in, have a coffee, join a game going on or start one yourself. We have an extensive library of games for you to try and people who know the rules.

    If you're new to the hobby or an old hand this is the place to come.

    Trade Stands, Displays, Demos, Group Participation games, Food, trade in your old games

    €15 - Day Ticket
    €8 - Student/Unwaged

    Accompanied children free

    Price includes unlimited GOOD coffee for the whole day

    The last Knavecon is still being talking about (in a good way), Don't Miss this!

    The Gathering is running a Store Championship of Netrunner on the Sunday after Knavecon, Reckon I'll make a weekend of it !

    Slight change. the 2nd of March will be a store championship for GAME OF THRONES the Living Card Game in the Gathering in Limerick

    The Gathering are sponsoring one lucky player from Knavecon for free entry to the event on Sunday. If you're at Knavecon, the guys will be running GOT all day, if you're new to it they'll show you how to play, if you're a veteran, bring your deck and take on the guys. Either way it's going to be a blast! Anyone who plays GOT TLCG will be entered into a draw at the end of the con for their place on Sunday

    Will be heading down with the family on Saturday, wondering is it just walk in or do we need to get tickets in advance?

    Nope walk in, see you Saturday! it's real easy to find, if you're driving from Dublin, get off the Motorway at castletroy, it's the first hotel you hit on the left across from the Texaco station.



    €15 adult including unlimited coffee all day and access to the Knavecon Games Library and everything else on the day

    €8 for students/the unwaged

    Accompanied children free

    I'll be there early because I have to bail home by 6pm (guests coming, ironically for board games). Presumably something will have kicked off by then, or am I going to be standing around while people filter in fashionably?

    No we tend to kick off pretty quick. Doors open at 10, grab a table, setup and go. Difficult to say how it will play out, but last time people we're up and gaming by like 10:30 or so.

    Got to admire that, leaving games to go gaming :)

    Sure bring your gaming buddies out to you instead there's plenty of room!
