    Pretty clear at this stage that rents are going through the roof, its surely got to be only a matter of time before Investment Funds/Banks start waking up to this and developing again in Dublin?

    Around the ex Anglo building at the tail of the IFSC is a lot of wasteland that I'd be willing to bet would make a sold out Apartment Complex if you developed it.
