Photoshop -how can this be?

    I had a 6 Mb jpeg and opened in Photoshop and resized. i choose maximum quality. But now it is 150 Mb and says it is video?

    I'd say its more down to what you've done to it than photoshop. You might have added layers, saved it as a different filetype, don't use compression. So many variables.
