    Hi,
Need to replace the letterbox we have on out timber door. But I cant find a matching size online. The measurements I have taken are below :

Hole size : 265mm-270mm x 50mm, Depth 50mm (Was roughly cut.. not by me!)

    Existing letterplate size:

    305mm x 75mm

Distance between screw holes of existing plate : 285mm

Now most of the plates I have seen online are for distance of 275mm between screw holes which leaves it a bit tight with the size of the hole.

Anyone any ideas as to what I should be ordering?

Use a Dowel to plug the present Holes and then just Drill Two new Holes.
The Letter Box should cover all or most of the Dowels.
