Photo printer

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a printer for printing photos it must be able to print at least A3 and im flexible on budget.

Another issue that could be approached with above or separate. a recommendation for printer that can print on fairly thick card 350gsm or higher.

Photo printing on A3 doesn't come cheap, hardware, paper or ink. Quality wise, the biggest thing to watch out for is the black, ideally there should be separate black cartridges for photos and text. Most A3 printers should do fine on thick card.
