Is it worth the trip, what is so good about it.

You’re mostly paying for the IMAX branding, though it probably is the best place to see 3D films. For a 2D film like Robocop there’s no point.

What size is the screen there?

I've been to two films in Imax's in the UK and was impressed. First was Dark Night Rises in the media museum in Bradford then Pacific Rim in Manchester city centre.

The Bradford and Odeon Manchester screens are old 70mm IMAX (i.e. “real” IMAX). The one is in Cineworld is just an average size screen (“fake” digital IMAX).

Yep, it's liemax. Still worth the effort for spectacle type things, unsure if I'd have cared about Gravity at all if I saw it elsewhere, for example.

Unless its at least a noticeable bit bigger than Screen 1 in Dundrum I wouldn't be tempted in to town tbh.
