Looking for a top of the range smartphone?

I don't believe in walking into a shop and getting a iPhone or Galaxy etc. for 500+ euro or signing up to a contract.

Looking for a smartphone with 2gb of RAM and preferably a quad-core processor.

Friend of mine told me he got a LG Google Nexus 4 with these specs from: scan.co.uk for 190-200e delivered but I believe it was a once off, or a special deal on a particular day.

Is it possible to get a great phone like that, for such a cheap price?
(The site is most definitely legit and I personally seen the phone myself)

I just need to add that i dont know much about mobile phones, just searches the cheapest price for the spec your selected.
