Ryanair Customer Support Broken?

hey all, no other idea where to post, just trying to contact Ryanair there to change a flight detail after a glitch in their system decided to mess up my flying date, but can't seem to get in touch with them.

I know their opening a new service center soon, but they wouldn't take all their numbers down already, would they? Even the numbers in the confirmation e-mail say they're not in use, hell, even the airport desk one is not in use!

Sorry for posting here again, but it's AH, maybe people can complain about them here too ;)

I'm surprised at this. They're usually so good.

Last time I needed to complain they only had a fax number .

    Last year.

    Fax.

From what it says on their website, they've regular customer care at a smaller price per min and premium customer care at 95c per min.

That being said, it is a Sunday afternoon. You might find they've lighter staffing. Maybe phone at like 9am on Monday and you are more likely to find a less busy and better staffed call centre? At least that's what I'd guess anyway, I've never had any reason to phone Ryanair before.

Just rebook OP, it will be cheaper and less hassle in the long run. Email them to cancel the other flight and argue for months over email. Or drive to the airport and deal with it there.

I love the use of non-capitalised Wtf.

Nowhere nearly as disbelieving as WTF.

No, Wtf is, more accepting, knowing. Remorseful almost.
