So what you are saying is that you haven't yet paid for items you have ordered but haven't been delivered.

I think you need to be a bit more patient. Give them a few days to sort this out. Sound like poor communications on both sides to me. Amazon don't charge you until the items are dispatched so maybe that is why you havent paid yet.

I have had many items delivered via An Post and Royal Mail and although not the speediest the items have always arrived in good condition. To be honest they generally treated items much better than the various couriers I have had, judging by the condition of the boxes and packaging that arrive.
