Work on Final Cut Project on Multiple Macs?

Random one that may either be ridiculously easy or impossible, but I want to work on FCX projects with a colleague of mine where we can both edit on separate Macs. Is this possible or do we have to work from the same desktop?

You want to work from the same project at the same time?

Or do you want to use the same copy of FCP on multiple computers?

Don't think you can do the first and the second one can be done by purchasing multiple licences for the software.

Yeah same project. Like we'd currently both work off our own personal Macs and I'd burn off sections of the overall project for him to add into the main project, would like us to be able to mix and match duties. Not to worry if it's not possible, just a thought!
