    No calves this year last year I fed them prime from Dairygold. It was laced with mollasses and scoured the calves as a result.

    liffey mills calf 20% for starters

    will most likely have to push some extra milk in calves this year to avoid superlevy will change to liffey Milkmate when calves are a couple of weeks old

    I think the last mixed ration we bought for calves in bulk was €380/400 a ton.
    Was 20%p and not too high in molasis.

    I make up my own. Soya and Maize.
    I start them on dry Soya and Maize (plus minerals of course) at 20% protein.

    Then after 3 months they get crimp Soya and Maize at 22% protein.
    Works well and puts some shine on them.
